Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação e a um aparelho de fabricação para um trilho de tratamento térmico ao qual vários tipos de elementos de liga são adicionados e que tem excelente dureza e tenacidade de camada de superfície de cabeça. durante o resfriamento forçado de um trilho laminado a quente (1) ou de pelo menos uma seção de cabeça de um trilho aquecido (1), a presente invenção inicia o resfriamento forçado a partir de quando a temperatura de superfície da seção de cabeça (1a) do trilho (1) se encontra pelo menos na temperatura de região de austenita e, após iniciar o resfriamento forçado, realiza o resfriamento forçado a uma taxa de resfriamento de pelo menos 10°c/segundo até que a temperatura de superfície seja de 500°c a 700°c.
