resumo patente de invenção: "método de fabricação de trilho e equipamento de fabricação". a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de trilho que resfria forçadamente pelo menos o boleto de um trilho quente que foi laminado a quente à temperatura de região de austenita, ou acima da mesma, ou foi aquecido pelo menos à temperatura de região de austenita que inclui: realizar o resfriamento forçado de modo que a taxa de resfriamento de superfície de boleto seja 1 ºc/s a 20 ºc/s por dez segundos após iniciar o resfriamento forçado; realizar o resfriamento forçado de modo que, após dez segundos decorridos a partir do início do resfriamento forçado, a taxa de resfriamento de superfície de boleto é 1 ºc/s a 5 ºc/s até que a superfície de boleto comece a gerar calor de transformação; considerar que o boleto submeteu-se à transformação pelo período a partir do início da geração de calor de transformação até a conclusão da geração de calor de transformação; e realizar o resfriamento forçado durante a transformação, de modo que a taxa de resfriamento de superfície de boleto seja menor que 1 ºc/s ou que a taxa de aumento de temperatura não seja maior que 5 ºc/s; e, após a conclusão da geração de calor de transformação, realizar o resfriamento forçado de modo que a taxa de resfriamento de superfície de boleto seja 1º c/s a 20º c/s até que a temperatura de superfície de boleto do trilho atinja 450º c ou menos.
