método para conformação a quente de peça metálica revestida e peça conformada. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção de uma peça revestida tendo propriedades mecânicas muito altas usando técnicas de conformação a quente. de acorodo com a invenção, o método compreende as seguintes etapas: - fornecer uma tira de aço ou disco ou pela peça pré-conformada que tenha sido revestida com metal ou liga metálica antes do recozimento - se for fornecida uma tira, cortar um disco da tira antes ou depois do recozimento - opcionalmente conformar uma peça pré conformada a partir do disco - aquecer o disco ou a peça pré-conformada até uma temperatura de 500º c a uma taxa média de aquecimento de 16º c/s ou mais - além disso, aquecer o disco ou a peça pré-conformada até uma temperatura entre 700 e 1000º c - conformar a quente o disco ou a pela pré-conformada em uma peça conformada a quente - endurecer a peça conformada a quente. a invenção também se refere a um método para produção de tira de aço, disco ou peça pré-conformada revestidos, e a uma tira de aço, disco ou peça revestidos e uma peça conformada a quente.
