Abstract

trata-se de um método de formar a quente um componente de liga de alumínio que inclui aquecer o componente de liga de alumínio em um forno de aquecimento a uma temperatura de solubilização, resfriar o componente de liga de alumínio a uma temperatura de formação desejada, deformar o componente de liga de alumínio em um formato desejado em um dispositivo de formação enquanto o componente de liga de alumínio está na temperatura de formação desejada, manter uma temperatura constante durante a deformação do componente de liga de alumínio e arrefecer bruscamente o componente de liga de alumínio a uma baixa temperatura abaixo de uma temperatura solvus.
