Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para el tratamiento térmico de un componente metálico así como a un uso de un horno para el calentamiento de un componente metálico. La invención se aplica en particular al endurecimiento parcial de componentes, dado el caso previamente recubiertos, de un acero al manganeso-boro de alta resistencia. Un procedimiento de acuerdo con la invención para el tratamiento térmico de un componente metálico (1) comprende al menos las siguientes etapas: a) calentar el componente (1) en un primer horno (2), b) desplazar el componente (1) a una estación de atemperado (3), c) enfriar al menos una primera subárea (4) del componente (1) en la estación de atemperado (3), ajustándose una diferencia de temperatura entre la al menos una primera subárea (4) y al menos una segunda subárea (5) del componente (1), d) desplazar el componente (1) de la estación de atemperado (3) a un segundo horno (6), e) calentar al menos la al menos una primera subárea (4) del componente (1) en el segundo horno (6) en al menos 200 K.
