Abstract
a invenção se refere a um método e um dispositivo para tratamento térmico direcionado especificamente para zonas individuais de um componente de aço. em uma ou várias primeiras áreas do componente de aço uma estrutura martensítica precedente pode ser ajustada, a partir da qual pode ser representada, por arrefecimento abrupto, uma estrutura em grande parte martensítica, e em uma ou várias áreas do componente de aço é um estrutura em grande parte ferrítica-perlítica, sendo que, o componente de aço é aquecido inicialmente em um primeiro forno a uma temperatura abaixo da temperatura ac3, o componente de aço é posteriormente transferido para uma estação de tratamento, sendo que, o mesmo pode ser arrefecido durante a transferência, e na estação de tratamento, a uma ou várias segundas áreas do componente de aço podem ser arrefecidas dentro de uma temporização t150 a uma temperatura que encerra o arrefecimento ¿2 , sendo posteriormente transferido para um segundo forno, sendo que a temperatura da uma ou várias segundas áreas se eleva novamente, durante a temporização t130 a uma temperatura abaixo da temperatura ac3, enquanto a temperatura da uma ou várias primeiras áreas na mesma temporização t130 são aquecidas a uma temperatura acima da temperatura ac3.
