Abstract
a invenção se refere a um método e a um dispositivo para produção de uma tira de aço, em particular uma tira de aço tendo uma microestrutura bainítica, tal como por exemplo, uma tira de aço em mola ou uma ferramenta de perfuração, em que a tira de aço é feita para passar continuamente através das seguintes etapas de tratamento: austenitização da tira de aço em uma primeira temperatura acima da temperatura de austenitização; resfriamento brusco da tira de aço, por meio de um resfriador gasoso, para uma segunda temperatura mais baixa selecionada de acordo com uma microestrutura de aço desejada. de acordo com a invenção, o resfriador gasoso é conduzido para a tira de aço de modo que resfriamento uniforme seja alcançado em relação ao comprimento da tira de aço.
