Abstract

MéTODO PARA RESFRIAMENTO DE MATERIAL PARTICULADO QUENTE E DISPOSITIVO REFRIGERADOR PARA EXECUçãO DE TAL MéTODO A presente invenção refere-se a um método, assim como, a um dispositivo refrigerador (1) para resfriamento de material particulado quente que foi submetido a tratamento térmico em um forno industrial, tal como, um forno rotativo (2), para fabricação de clínquer de cimento, através de cujo método o material quente proveniente do forno (3) é dirigido para uma grade de admissão (21) em um dispositivo refrigerador (1), no qual ar de resfriamento proveniente de um compartimento subjacente (24) é levado mediante um certo número de canais (28), através de espaçamentos (20) presentes na grade de admissão, para resfriamento do material quente e em que o ar comprimido proveniente de um sistema separado (25), através de um certo número de dutos (26), pode ser intermitentemente injetado dentro do material na grade de admissão (21). Os canais (28) para o ar de resfriamento são bloqueados com relação à injeção de ar comprimido.
