Abstract

"REFRIGERADOR DE MATERIAL A GRANEL PARA REFRIGERAR MATERIAL QUENTE A SER RESFRIADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um refrigerador de material a granel, particularmente para clínquer de cimento quente, onde a performance do transporte e a eficiência do refrigerador são acentuadas e os problemas devido ao desgaste são reduzidos. De acordo com a invenção, as grelhas de resfriamento de vários elementos inferiores alongados adjacentes (10 a 12) estendendo-se na direção longitudinal do refrigerador são colocadas juntas, aos ditos elementos inferiores sendo de forma móvel controlados independentemente um do outro entre uma posição de curso de espaço de trabalho (13) na direção de transporte do material a ser resfriado e uma posição de curso de retorno (14) de um modo tal que o material a ser resfriado (15) seja gradualmente transportado através do refrigerador de acordo com o sistema de transporte com piso móvel, onde os elementos inferiores (10 a 12) são configurados como corpos ocos e permitem que o ar frio (16) passe através e ainda impedem o peneiramento pela grelha do material a ser resfriado.
