Abstract
記述したのは高温粒状材料を冷却する方法及びクーラー(1)であって、該材料はセメントクリンカ製造用ロータリーキルン(3)等の工業炉内で熱処理されており、上記方法によってキルン(3)からの高温材料をクーラー(1)の入口グレート(21)に案内し、該クーラーでは下部コンパートメント(24)からの冷却用空気を多数の経路(28)を介して入口グレートの空隙部(20)を通して送り該高温材料を冷却し、そこでは圧縮空気を別のシステム(25)から多数のダクト(26)を介して断続的に入口グレート(21)の該材料に噴射できる。冷却用空気のための経路(28)を圧縮空気の噴射に伴い閉塞する。

Claims (5)
- 高温粒状材料を冷却する方法であって、該材料はセメントクリンカ製造用ロータリーキルン(3)等の工業炉内で熱処理されており、前記方法によってキルン(3)からの高温材料をクーラー(1)の入口グレート(21)に案内し、該クーラーで下部コンパートメント(24)からの冷却用空気を多数の経路(28)を介して入口グレートの空隙部(20)を通して送り該高温材料を冷却し、そこでは圧縮空気を別のシステム(25)から多数のダクト(26)を介して断続的に入口グレート(21)の該材料に噴射できる方法であって、冷却用空気のための経路(28)を圧縮空気の噴射に伴い閉塞すること、を特徴とする高温粒状材料を冷却する方法。
- 圧縮空気を入口グレート(21)の冷却用空気空隙部(20)を通して案内すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から2に記載の方法を実施するためのクーラー(1)において、該クーラーには、キルン(3)からの高温材料を受容し支持するための入口グレート(21)と、多数の冷却用空気経路(28)を介して入口グレートの空隙部(20)に連通して、冷却用空気を該高温材料(2)に導く下部コンパートメント(24)と、圧縮空気を入口グレート(21)の材料(2)に噴射するための多数のダクト(26)を備える別の圧縮空気システム(25)とを備えるクーラーであって、前記クーラーには冷却用空気経路(28)を閉塞する手段(27)を備えること、を特徴とするクーラー。
- 圧縮空気ダクト(26)を閉塞する手段(27)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載のクーラー。
- 閉塞手段(27)を、極端位置間で軸に関して冷却用空気及び圧縮空気によって其々傾斜可能な傾動ダンパ(27)として構成すること、を特徴とする請求項4に記載のクーラー。
