Abstract
a presente invenção diz respeito a um método de desincrustação para desincrustar uma peça a usinar compreendendo material baseado em ferro por projetar granalhas por um aparelho de jateamento, o método compreendendo as etapas de: carregar as granalhas no aparelho de jateamento, as granalhas não sendo usadas e possuindo dureza de vickers dentro de uma faixa de hv300 até 600; ajustar uma distribuição de diâmetro de partícula das granalhas o aparelho de jateamento de modo a ser uma distribuição de diâmetro de partícula predeterminada pela operação do aparelho de jateamento; e projetar as granalhas após a etapa de ajuste sobre uma superfície da peça a usinar, onde a distribuição de diâmetro de partícula das granalhas após a etapa de ajuste satisfaz (proporção de segundos grãos) > (proporção de primeiros grãos) > (proporção de terceiros grãos) na categorização como os primeiros grãos com um diâmetro de partícula excedendo 300 µm, os segundos grãos com um diâmetro de partícula não maior do que 300 µm e excedendo 75 µm, e os terceiros grãos com um diâmetro de partícula não maior do que 75 µm.
