Abstract

método de fabricação de painel de vídeo. a presente invenção refere-se a uma etapa de corte para formar uma fratura (c) acima de pelo menos um lado de um selante (15) que cir- cunda cada região de vídeo (d) em cada uma das superfícies externas de um primeiro substrato-mãe (20) e um segundo substrato-mãe (10) de um corpo contracolado (30), e cortar o corpo contracolado (30) em seções que incluem as regiões de vídeo (d), que inclui: uma etapa de corte do primeiro substrato-mãe para formar uma fratura (c) acima do selante (15) que circunda cada região de vídeo (d) na superfície externa do primeiro substrato-mãe (20), e, em seguida, fazer com que a fratura (c) se desenvolva em uma direção de espessura do substrato a fim de cortar o primeiro substrato-mãe (20) em seções que incluem as regiões de vídeo (d); uma etapa de redução de tensão residual para reduzir uma tensão residual do selante (15) no corpo contracolado (30) no qual o primeiro substrato-mãe (20) foi cortado; e uma etapa de corte do segundo substrato-mãe para formar uma fratura (c) acima do selante (15) que circunda cada região de vídeo (d) na superfície externa do segundo substrato-mãe (10) do corpo contracolado (30) no qual a tensão residual do selante (15) foi reduzida, e, em seguida, fazer com que a fratura (c) se desenvolva na direção de espessura do substrato a fim de cortar o segundo substrato-mãe (10) em seções que incluem as regiões de vídeo (d).
