Abstract
1/1 resumo fabricação de uma vidraça laminada a presente invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de uma vidraça laminada que compreende pelo menos dois substratos vítreos e pelo menos uma camada intercalar feita de material polimérico disposta entre os substratos, o processo compreendendo o recurvamento dos substratos, o resfriamento controlado dos substratos, a união dos substratos e da camada intercalar, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende as etapas seguintes na ordem seguinte: -recurvamento dos substratos, -resfriamento controlados dos substratos, -formação de uma união laminada que compreende os substratos e a camada intercalar, -recorte da união laminada em toda sua espessura de acordo com uma linha em uma de suas faces principais, o resfriamento controlado compreendendo um resfriamento controlado geral e um resfriamento controlado local de uma zona que compreende a linha de recorte, o resfriamento controlado local sendo mais rápido do que o resfriamento controlado geral.
