Abstract

substrato para regeneração de tecido a presente invenção refere-se a um substrato para a regeneração de tecido que tem a capacidade de liberar um fator de crescimento de fibroblasto básico (bfgf) e fatores de crescimento de células similares em uma maneira de liberação continuada, dentro do qual as células podem entrar com facilidade, e que é usado de forma adequada para a regeneração de tecidos. especificamente, a presente invenção refere-se um substrato para a regeneração de tecido que compreende um fator de crescimento de célula adsorvido em um substrato poroso bioabsorvível que contém coláge- no e gelatina, e um método para a produção do mesmo.
