Abstract
MÉTODO DE GERAR NITROGÊNIO E APARELHO PARA USO NO MESMO. É provido um método de gerar nitrogênio que inclui separar criogenicamente o ar comprimido in-troduzido em uma coluna de alta pressão 11, armazenar o ar liquido 13 em uma parte inferior da coluna de alta pressão 11 e tomar nitrogênio na forma gasosa desde uma parte superior da colu-na de alta pressão 11, introduzir o ar líquido 13 armazenado na parte inferior da coluna de alta pressão 11 dentro da coluna de baixa pressão 12, separando criogenicamente o ar líquido 13 introduzido na coluna de baixa pressão 12, e armazenando ar líquido enriquecido de oxigênio 22 na parte inferior da coluna de baixa pressão 12 e tomar nitrogênio na forma gasosa desde uma parte superior da coluna de baixa pressão 12 como um gás produto. O ar líquido 13 tomado atra-vés de um tubo de extração 20 é introduzido dentro de uma parte da parte de retificação 12a da coluna de baixa pressão 12 na qual o numero teórico de placas de um lado inferior da coluna é fixado dentro da faixa de uma para dez.
