Abstract

Dans un procédé de distillation cryogénique de l'air pour la production d'oxygène gazeux à une pureté d'entre 75 et 95 mol. et une pression inférieure à 5 bars abs avec une triple colonne comprenant une colonne haute pression (5), une colonne moyenne pression (3) et une colonne basse pression (7), la colonne moyenne pression étant intégralement ou partiellement thermiquement couplée avec la colonne basse pression au moyen d'un premier déflegmateur, de l'air étant envoyé à la colonne moyenne pression, un liquide de cuve est envoyé de la colonne haute pression à la colonne basse pression et/ou en tête de la colonne moyenne pression, un gaz de tête est envoyé de la colonne moyenne pression en bas de la colonne haute pression via un compresseur, un liquide de cuve de la colonne haute pression est envoyé en tête, de la colonne basse pression, un gaz est soutiré en tête de la colonne basse pression et un fluide contenant entre 75 et 95 mol. % d'oxygène est soutiré en cuve de la colonne basse pression, la colonne haute pression est également intégralement ou partiellement thermiquement couplée avec la colonne basse pression au moyen d'un deuxième déflegmateur.
