Abstract
PROCESSO E LAMINADOR PARA APERFEIçOAR O DESCARREGAMENTO DE UMA TIRA LAMINDA DE METAL, CUJA EXTREMIDADE DE TIRA LAMINADA SAI COM VELOCIDADE DE LAMINAçãO. Um processo para aperfeiçoamento do descarregamento de uma tira laminada de metal (1), cuja extremidade de tira laminada (1a) sai com velocidade de laminação de uma respectivamente última armação de laminador (2) de um laminador (3) formado de várias armações, sendo que durante a laminação é ajustada a tração de tira (o) entre duas armações de laminador (F1/F2, F2/F3...Fn) sucessivas para estabilização do curso da tira, prevê que , pouco antes do abandono da extremidade da tira laminada (1a)entre o lado de acionamento (4) e o lado operador (5) separadamente para cada armação de laminador (F1, F2, F3, ...Fn), daí derivados valor de oscilação (16) e direção de oscilação da força de laminação diferencial para formação de um valor de correção para o ajuste dos rolos (10, ) e corrigido o ajuste.
