Abstract

CONEXãO DE EIXO E CUBO, COM SISTEMA DE SEGURANçA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma disposição, compreendendo um eixo (11), com uma engrenagem externa do eixo (23) com comprimento limitado, a qual está configurada em uma extremidade do eixo, e um cubo (41), com uma engrenagem interna do eixo (43), a qual se estende em essência ao longo do comprimento do cubo (41), sendo que a engrenagem externa do eixo (23), e a engrenagem interna do eixo (43), engrenam uma na outra para transmissão do torque entre eixo (11), e cubo (41), primeiros meios de segurança axiais (59), que atuam entre eixo (11), e cubo (41), que agem contra uma continuação do encaixe do cubo sobre o eixo (11), os quais são formados por uma superfície de encosto no cubo (41), e uma contra-superfície no eixo ou em uma parte ligada com este, na extremidade (44) no lado da haste do eixo do cubo, e segundos meios de segurança axiais, que atuam entre eixo e cubo, e que agem contra a possibilidade de tirar o cubo do eixo, os quais compreendem um anel de segurança (51), que está situado na extremidade do eixo (27), e na extremidade (47) do cubo no lado extremo do eixo, que engrena em rebaixos radiais (48, 54), no eixo e no cubo, os quais formam superfícies de encosto para este no eixo e no cubo.
