Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR PRODUTOS DERIVADOS DE HIDROCARBONETOS A PARTIR DE MATéRIA-PRIMA QUE CONTéM HIDROCARBONETOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir um produto C~ X~H~ Y~O~ Z~ predeterminado a partir de uma matéria-prima primária que contém hidrocarbonetos e de uma matéria-prima secundária, ande x, y e z são números inteiros. O processo inclui as etapas de: disponibilizar uma matéria-prima primária; aquecê-la indiretamente, geralmente na ausência de oxigênio; limpar a corrente de gás produzida a partir dela pela remoção de CO~ 2~ e sólidos; determinar a quantidade de CO e H~ 2~ dentro dela; comparar a porcentagem de CO e H~ 2~ na corrente de gás limpa com a quantidade de CO e H~ 2~ necessária para produzir o produto C~ X~H~ Y~O~ Z~ predeterminado; determinar o CO e o H~ 2~ adicionais necessários; determinar a matéria-prima secundária; calcular a quantidade de CO, H~ 2~ e o calor produzido a partir da matéria-prima secundária; oxidar parcialmente a matéria-prima secundária, para produzir calor e uma corrente de gás secundária; combinar o CO e o H~ 2~ de ambas matérias-primas, para produzir uma corrente de gás misturada; adicionar um catalisador; e destilar para produzir o produto C~ X~H~ Y~O~ Z~ predeterminado.
