Abstract

PROCESSO PARA EXTRAçãO DE FIBRA CìTRICA DE VESìCULAS CìTRICAS. A fibra cítrica é recuperada das vesículas cítricas, de modo a obter aditivo alimentício para bebidas, alimentos assados, carnes ou emulsões de carne, confeitos, doces em pasta e geléias, laticínios, molhos, barras energéticas, e semelhantes. Opcionalmente, as vesículas cítricas são lavadas com água e as vesículas lavadas com água são recuperadas. Os veículos são contatados com um solvente orgânico, de modo a obter vesículas lavadas com solvente orgânico. O solvente é removido das vesículas lavadas com solvente orgânico e a fibra cítrica seca é recuperada.
