Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES DE ÓLEO DE PONGAMIA E MÉTODOS PARA PRODUÇÃO E USO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições de óleo de pongamia adequadas para consumo animal, em particular consumo humano, bem como métodos de produção de tais composições. As composições são comestíveis e de sabor não amargo, e têm certos atributos que as tornam adequadas para uso como e / ou em vários produtos alimentícios e bebidas. São fornecidos aqui também métodos de análise de óleo de pongamia.
