Abstract
MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE GáS REFORMADO E APARELHO DE PRODUçãO DE GáS REFORMADO A presente invenção refere-se a um método para operar um aparelho de produção de gás reformado com que é possível obter uma alta eficiência de reforma enquanto se impede a queda de atividade do catalisador devido à deposição de carbono. O método de produção de gás reformado utiliza um catalisador de reforma para reformar um combustível que contém um hidrocarboneto que apresenta pelo menos dois átomos de carbono para produzir um gás reformado que inclui metano, hidrogênio e monóxido de carbono. Com esse método, um fluido que inclui o combustível, pelo menos um de vapor e um gás que contém dióxido de carbono, e um gás que contém oxigênio, é alimentado a uma região de reação de reforma, e com a temperatura de índice de decomposição térmica do combustível, que é determinada pelo tipo e pela concentração dos hidrocarbonetos que apresentam pelo menos dois átomos de carbono os quais compõem o combustível, funcionando como temperatura de limite superior da região de reação de reforma, o fluido é levado a contato com o catalisador de reforma para produzir o gás reformado.
