Claims (4)
- 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電する燃料電池を複数積層した燃料電池スタックと、
炭化水素を主体とする原燃料と酸化剤ガスとの混合ガスを改質する部分酸化改質器と、
前記原燃料と水蒸気との混合ガスを改質する水蒸気改質器と、
水を蒸発させるとともに、水蒸気を前記水蒸気改質器に供給する蒸発器と、
燃焼ガスとの熱交換により前記酸化剤ガスを昇温させるとともに、前記燃料電池スタックに前記酸化剤ガスを供給する熱交換器と、
前記燃料電池スタックから排出される前記燃料ガスである燃料排ガスと前記酸化剤ガスである酸化剤排ガスとを燃焼させ、前記燃焼ガスを発生させる排ガス燃焼器と、
を備える燃料電池モジュールであって、
前記燃料電池スタックの燃料ガス入口には、燃料ガス通路を介して前記水蒸気改質器の燃料ガス出口が連通するとともに、
前記水蒸気改質器の混合ガス入口には、燃料管路を介して前記部分酸化改質器の燃料ガス出口が連通し、且つ、前記燃料管路には、前記蒸発器の水蒸気出口に連通する水蒸気管路が合流する一方、
前記熱交換器を収容する第1の筐体内に前記排ガス燃焼器が一体に収容されるとともに、前記熱交換器を収容する前記第1の筐体と前記水蒸気改質器を収容する第2の筐体とは、個別に構成されて一体に固定されることを特徴とする燃料電池モジュール。 - 燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学反応により発電する燃料電池を複数積層した燃料電池スタックと、
炭化水素を主体とする原燃料と酸化剤ガスとの混合ガスを改質する部分酸化改質器と、
前記原燃料と水蒸気との混合ガスを改質する水蒸気改質器と、
水を蒸発させるとともに、水蒸気を前記水蒸気改質器に供給する蒸発器と、
燃焼ガスとの熱交換により前記酸化剤ガスを昇温させるとともに、前記燃料電池スタックに前記酸化剤ガスを供給する熱交換器と、
前記燃料電池スタックから排出される前記燃料ガスである燃料排ガスと前記酸化剤ガスである酸化剤排ガスとを燃焼させ、前記燃焼ガスを発生させる排ガス燃焼器と、
を備える燃料電池モジュールであって、
前記燃料電池スタックの燃料ガス入口には、燃料ガス通路を介して前記水蒸気改質器の燃料ガス出口が連通するとともに、

- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池モジュールにおいて、前記燃料電池モジュールは、固体酸化物形燃料電池モジュールであることを特徴とする燃料電池モジュール。
