Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE GáS RICO EM HIDROGêNIO E/OU MONóXIDO DE CARBONO E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE METANOL A PARTIR DE MATéRIA-PRIMA DE HIDROCARBONETO GASOSO OU LìQUIDO. Um processo for production de gás rico em hidrogênio e/ou monóxido de carbono a partir de matéria-prima de hidrocarboneto gasoso ou líquido compreendendo as seguintes etapas (a) dessulfurização da alimentação de hidrocarboneto (1), mistura da alimentação (1) com vapor (41) produzido a partir de calor perdido no processo, alimentação da mistura (6,7) em uma seção de reforma a vapor (8,9) para a conversão da alimentação de hidrocarboneto por meio de reação com vapor para formar um gás de processo (12) compreendendo uma mistura de hidrogênio, monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono, metano residual e vapor em excesso, (b) resfriamento do gás de processo (12) por meio de produção de vapor, (c) separação de hidrogênio e/ou monóxido de carbono (21) por meio de condução do gás de processo através de uma seção de purificação de hidrogênio e/ou monóxido de carbono (20), (d) adição de essencialmente todo gás desprendido (22) a partir da seção de purificação (20) como combustível para a seção de reforma (8, 9) para prover calor para a reação de reforma, (e) recuperação de gás de chaminé quente (32) a partir da seção de reforma e resfriamento do gás de chaminé quente pelo menos parcialmente por meio de produção de vapor, (f) recuperação de essencialmente todo vapor produzido por meio de resfriamento de gás de processo (12) e gás de chaminé (32) como vapor de processo (4), caracterizado pelo fato de que a seção de reforma compreende pelo menos dois reatores de reforma (8, 9) alimentados em paralelo com a mistura de alimentação de matéria prima de hidrocarboneto (6, 7) e vapor (4) e inflamados de modo que combustível (25, 26) é adicionado em paralelo com respeito a combustores (29, 31) nos reatores de reforma (8, 9), ao mesmo tempo em que ar de combustão (27) é adicionado em um primeiro reator de reforma (8) em uma quantidade requerida para assegurar uma adequada temperatura de chama adiabática e o gás de chaminé parcialmente resfriado (30) a partir do primeiro reator de reforma é usado como ar de combustão no pelo menos um reator de reforma subseqüente (9) disposto em série com respeito ao referido ar de combustão em uma quantidade requerida para assegurar uma adequada temperatura de chama adiabática.
