Abstract
APARELHO PARA REDUZIR A PRESENçA DE MICROORGANISMOS VIVOS EM UM FLUIDO DE ELETRO-REVESTIMENTO, E, MéTODO PARA TRATAR FLUIDO DE ELETRO-REVESTIMENTO, APARELHO Um método para tratar fluidos de eletro-revestimento envolve expor o fluido de eletro-revestimento a ultra-som de alta freqüência, enquanto emitindo microbolhas dentro do fluido de eletro-revestimento. Em outras formas de realização, o método inclui emitir radiação eletromagnética dentro do fluido. Em outra forma de realização, o método inclui rotear o fluido de eletro-revestimento para dentro de um compartimento. Um aparelho para tratar fluidos de eletro-revestimento compreende um compartimento (2), configurado para reter fluido de eletro-revestimento, pelo menos um emissor de ultra-som (1), configurado para emitir ultra-som de alta-freqüência (4) para dentro do compartimento (2) e um emissor de microbolhas (3), configurado para emitir microbolhas (5) para dentro do compartimento (2). Em outras formas de realização, o aparelho pode ficar em comunicação fluida com um banho de eletro-revestimento externo. Em outras formas de realização, o aparelho pode incluir um emissor de radiação eletromagnética (12), que pode emitir luz visível para dentro do compartimento.
