Abstract

"APARELHO DE DOSAGEM, E, MéTODOS DE DOSAGEM DE UM PRODUTO MANUFATURADO, E DE PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO CRU". O aparelho de dosagem (10) inclui um transportador (12) para transportar produtos manufaturados (14) passando por um escaner (16). Um processador de dados (22) recebe os dados de escaneamento e gera uma distribuição de espessura e/ou volume do produto manufaturado. O processador é programado para determinar, em avanço, como o produto manufaturado pode ser dosado em uma pluralidade de produtos finais desejados e, mais especificamente, como um ou mais dos produtos finais podem ser cortados e, então, subseqüentemente, fatiado sem ter que reescanear a porção cortada. O processador controla um dispositivo de corte (18) para dosar o produto manufaturado sob a estratégia de corte determinada pelo processador, e também controla um dispositivo de fatiamento (20) para, subseqüentemente, fatiar uma ou mais das porções cortadas para conseguir uma espessura desejada pela estratégia de corte desejada.
