Abstract

Macchina per tagliare generi alimentari in fette, strisce o cubetti, in particolare per carne, salsicce e lardo, costituita da un telaio macchina (1), da un vano di taglio (2) dotato di una superficie di supporto per il genere da affettare, il quale all'estremità anteriore presenta un passaggio lama (3) disposto in senso trasversale rispetto al dispositivo di avanzamento del genere da affettare, e da un dispositivo tranciante. Il dispositivo tranciante è dotato di un coltello rotante che penetra nel passaggio lama (3), e di un dispositivo di avanzamento (12) per il genere da affettare che spinge il genere da tagliare che è posto nel vano di taglio (2) in senso longitudinale rispetto allo stesso. La superficie di supporto nel vano di taglio (2) per il genere da tagliare, è costituita da un nastro trasportatore (9) che può scorrere in senso longitudinale rispetto al vano di taglio (2) in modo tale da muoversi con approssimativamente la stessa velocità di avanzamento di quella del dispositivo di avanzamento (12).
