Abstract
"MéTODO PARA RETIFICAR UM CILINDRO FERROSO". Cilindros de ferro e aço são retificados para requisitos de qualidade de produção com um rebolo que requer mínima compensação de desgaste do disco, compensação de erro de perfil ou compensação de erro de conicidade durante o processo de retifica. O rebolo consiste essencialmente de um material superabrasivo selecionado de diamante natural, diamante sintético, nitreto de boro cúbico, e misturas dos mesmos, em um sistema aglutinado, para um rebolo com vida de rebolo prolongada, e que remove quantidade mínima de material do cilindro para conseguir a geometria desejada do cilindro.
