Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A POLIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINAS". O presente invento descreve um processo para polimerizar uma ou mais olefinas de fórmula CH~ 2~=CHT, em que T é um átomo de hidrogênio ou um radical alquila C~ 1~-C~ 20~, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) contatar, de forma continua, uma ou mais (<244>-olefinas com um sistema catalítico baseado em metaloceno em um reator cíclico, em que: (i) a reação é executada em um meio líquido; (ii) o tempo médio de residência do sistema catalítico baseado em metaloceno é menor que 30 minutos; (iii) a temperatura varia de 25 a 70<198>C; a fim de obter um grau de polimerização variando de 60 a 500 gramas por grama, de sistema catalítico; b) alimentar continuamente o sistema catalítico prepolimerizado assim obtido em um reator de polimerização; c) polimerizar uma ou mais <244>-olefinas, iguais ou diferentes das <244>-olefinas usadas na etapa (a), na presença de dito sistema catalítico baseado em metaloceno prepolimerizado.
