Abstract
"PROCESSO DE ATIVAçãO DE CATALISADOR". Um processo para ativar um catalisador contendo cobalto pelo contato do catalisador com hidrogênio em um sistema do reator adequado para uso em uma sintese Fisher-Tropsh em que uma primeira corrente gasosa compreendendo 0,25 a 5% em volume do hidrogênio e 95 a 99,75% em volume de gás inerte é continuamente introduzida no sistema do reator e uma segunda corrente gasosa é continuamente retirada do sistema do reator em que o procedimento de reação compreende as etapas de: (a) aquecimento do conteúdo do sistema do reator a uma temperatura que está na faixa de 25 a 5<198>C abaixo de uma temperatura de ativação crítica; (b) a seguir aumento da temperatura que é no máximo 20<198C acima da temperatura de ativação crítica; e (c) manutenção do conteúdo do sistema do reator que se aproxima do teor de hidrogênio da primeira corrente gasosa.
