Abstract

"PROCESSO FISCHER-TROPSCH". Processo para conversão de gás de síntese em hidrocarbonetos, por contato do gás de síntese em uma temperatura e pressão elevadas com uma suspensão compreendendo um catalisador em partículas sólido, suspenso em um meio líquido, onde o contato acontece em um sistema compreendendo, pelo menos, uma zona de mistura de cisalhamento alto e um recipiente reator, onde o volume de suspensão presente na(s) zona(s) de mistura de cisalhamento alto é substancialmente inferior ao volume de suspensão presente no recipiente reator, a suspensão é misturada com gás de síntese na(s) zona(s) de mistura de cisalhamento alto, a mistura de suspensão e gás de síntese resultante é descarregada da(s) zona(s) de mistura de cisalhamento alto no recipiente reator e onde a energia cinética é dissipada para a suspensão presente na(s) zona(s) de mistura de cisalhamento alto, a uma razão de pelo menos 0,5 kW/M^ 3^ em relação ao volume total de suspensão presente no sistema.
