Um processo e aparelho para contatar (a) pelo menos um reagente gasoso e (b) pelo menos um líquido selecionado dentre o grupo que consiste em reagentes, refrigerantes e suas misturas na presença de uma base fluidizada de catalisador, em que o líquido é introduzido no reator através de pelo menos uma entrada localizada dentro da zona de fluidização e o reagente gasoso é introduzido no reator através de pelo menos uma entrada localizada dentro da zona de fluidização adjacente ao meio de suporte.
