Abstract

"PROCESSO DE SìNTESE FISCHER-TROPSCH REALIZADO EM UMA ESTRUTURA FLUTUANTE". Um processo para a conversão de gás natural em hidrocarbonetos mais elevados em um sistema que compreende (1) uma unidade de produção de gás de síntese e (2) uma unidade de síntese Fischer-Tropsch que compreende pelo menos uma zona de mesclamento de cisalhamento elevado e um recipiente de reator em que as unidades estão localizadas sobre uma estrutura flutuante, e o processo compreende as etapas de: (a) converter o gás natural em gás de síntese na unidade de produção de gás de síntese; (b) converter o gás de síntese em hidrocarbonetos mais elevados, a uma temperatura e pressão elevadas, na unidade de síntese Fischer-Tropsch através de (i) passagem do gás de síntese e de uma suspensão que compreende um catalisador Fischer-Tropsch particulado suspenso em um meio líquido através da(s) zona(s) de mesclamento de cisalhamento elevado em que o gás de síntese é dividido em bolhas de gás e/ou lacunas de gás de formato irregular que são dispersas na suspensão, e (ii) descarga da suspensão que contém as bolhas de gás e/ou lacunas de gás de formato irregular dispersas proveniente(s) da(s) zona(s) de mesclamento de cisalhamento elevado para dentro do recipiente de reator.
