Abstract

"VASO, E, PROCESSO DE SìNTESE DE HIDROCARBONETO EM SUSPENSãO PARA FORMAR HIDROCARBONETOS" Sólidos particulados e gás são removidos de uma suspensão de síntese de hidrocarbonetos de três fases, com partículas sólidas de catalisador, gás e líquido, pela passagem sucessiva da suspensão, de um corpo da suspensão, através de zonas de desprendimento de sólidos e gás em comunicação fluida, com a zona de desprendimento de sólidos a montante da zona de desprendimento de gás. Isto é levado a efeito utilizando um duto descendente de desprendimento de sólidos e gás imerso na suspensão onde os sólidos são desprendidos em uma zona quiescente adjacente ao corpo da suspensão e da qual essa suspensão reduzida em sólidos passa através de uma cuba fechada na qual o gás é desprendido e removido. O fundo da cuba termina em um duto descendente pendente para baixo que alimenta hidraulicamente a suspensão reduzida em sólidos e gás, adensada, para o fundo o reator ou para a filtração.
