Abstract
"PROCESSO FISCHER-TROPSCH". Um processo para a conversão de gás de síntese a hidrocarboneto, pelo menos uma parte do qual é líquida à temperatura e pressão ambientes, contatando-se o gás de síntese a uma temperatura e pressão elevadas com uma suspensão compreendendo catalisador Fischer-Tropsch particulado sólido suspenso em um meio líquido, este contato ocorre em um sistema de reator compreendendo pelo menos uma zona de misturação de alto corte e um recipiente de reator onde o volume de suspensão presente na(s) zona(s) de misturação de alto corte é substancialmente menor que o volume de suspensão presente no recipiente do reator, este processo compreende: misturar a suspensão com o gas de síntese na(s) zona(s) de misturação de alto corte e dissipar a energia cinética para a suspensão presente na(s) zona (s) de misturação de alto corte a uma taxa de pelo menos 0, 5 kW/m^ 3^ com relação ao volume total de suspensão presente no sistema de reator; descarregar a mistura resultante de gás de síntese e suspensão da (s) zona (s) de misturação de alto corte para dentro do recipiente do reator e, pelo menos em parte, reciclar a suspensão para a (s) zona (s) de misturação de alto corte; onde a suspensão que é reciclada à(s) zona(s) de misturação de alto corte é resfriada a uma temperatura que seja de não mais que 100<198>C abaixo da temperatura da suspensão no recipiente do reator com a condição de que a temperatura da suspensão resfriada seja de pelo menos 150<198>C.
