Abstract

1.- Un proceso para la conversión de gas de síntesis a hidrocarburos CARACTERIZADO PORQUE comprende poner en contacto el gas de síntesis a temperatura y presión elevadas con una suspensión que comprende un catalizador en partículas sólidas suspendido en un medio líquido, puesta en contacto que ocurre en un sistema que comprende por lo menos una zona de mezclado de alto esfuerzo de corte y un recipiente de reacción tal que el volumen de suspensión presente en la(s) zona(s) de mezclado con alto esfuerzo de corte es sustancialmente menor del volumen de suspensión presente en el recipiente de reacción, la suspensión se mezcla con gas de síntesis en la(s) zona(s) de mezclado con alto esfuerzo de corte, la mezcla resultante de la suspensión y el gas de síntesis se descarga desde la(s) zona(s) de mezclado con alto esfuerzo de corte en el recipiente de reacción y tal que energía cinética se disipa a la suspensión presente en la(s) zona(s) de mezclado con alto esfuerzo de corte a una tasa de por lo menos 0,5 kW/m3 respecto del volumen total de suspensión presente en el sistema.
