Abstract

Un proceso de preparación de hidrocarburos líquidos que comprende el contacto del gas de síntesis con un escurrido de partículas de catalizador sólidas y un líquido en un recipiente de reacción mediante la introducción del gas de síntesis en un nivel bajo en el escurrido, bajo condiciones adecuadas para la conversión del gas de síntesis de hidrocarburos líquidos, las partículas de catalizador sólidas comprenden un metal catalíticamente activo seleccionado de cobalto o hierro sobre un transportador óxido refractario, preferiblemente sílice, aluminio, titanio, zirconio o estos combinados, el catalizador se encuentra presente en una concentración entre 10 y 40%v del total del volumen de líquidos y sólidos del escurrido, y separando el material líquido de las partículas de catalizador sólidas por un sistema de filtración que comprende un medio de filtración asimétrico (el lado selectivo sobre el escurrido), dicho sistema de filtración tiene una presión diferencial promedio sobre el medio de filtración de al menos 0,1 bares, proceso en el cual la distribución de tamanos de partícula es tal que al menos el tamano de determinada cantidad de partículas de catalizador es menor que el tamano promedio del poro de la lámina selectiva del medio de filtración. Dispositivo utilizado para llevar a cabo el proceso anteriormente descrito.
