Abstract
Настоящее изобретение касается способа получения жидких углеводородов, который включает контактирование синтез-газа с суспензией твердых частиц катализатора и жидкостью в баке реактора путем введения синтез-газа в суспензию на низком уровне в условиях, способствующих превращению синтез-газа в жидкие углеводороды, причем твердые частицы катализатора включают каталитически активный металл, выбранный из кобальта и железа, на огнеупорном пористом оксидном носителе, преимущественно выбираемом из кремнезема, окиси алюминия, оксида титана, оксида циркония или их смеси, где катализатор присутствует в количестве от 10 до 40% от общего объема суспензии жидких и твердых веществ, и отделения жидкого материала от твердых частиц катализатора с использованием фильтрационной системы, включающей асимметричную фильтрующую среду (селективная сторона на стороне суспензии) и имеющей перепад давления над фильтрующей средой по меньшей мере 0,1 бар, причем распределение размера частиц в процессе таково, что по крайней мере некоторое количество частиц катализатора является меньшим среднего размера пор селективного слоя фильтрующей среды.
