Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHAGEM PARA MANUFATURAR CLORETO DE VINILA E CLORETO DE VINILA OBTIDO". A presente invenção compreende um processo para produzir monómero de cloreto de vinila a partir de etano tendo entrada de quantidades significativas tanto de etano quanto de etileno nas correntes de entrada ao reator afiliado onde cloreto de hidrogênio no efluente de reator é reagido para retirada em uma segunda reação após a reação de etileno/etano-a-vinila. São apresentadas etapas de reação catalítica de oxidehidro-cloração de etano, etileno, cloreto de hidrogênio, oxigênio ,e cloro; resfriamento da corrente efluente de reator para prover uma corrente de produto bruto com cloreto de hidrogênio não reagido; separação do produto bruto em uma corrente de produto monómero de cloreto de vinila e uma corrente de leves tendo cloreto de hidrogênio; e oxiclorar o cloreto de hidrogênio da corrente de leves antes da reciclagem.
