Claims (5)

  1. (a) 제1단계 반응기에, 페놀과, 아세톤 및 염화수소 또는 염산을 연속적으로 공급하여 아세톤의 전화율이 20-60몰 %인 범위에서 페놀과 아세톤의 반응에 의해 제1반응 생성물을 얻고, (b) 제1단계 반응기에서 제1반응 생성물을 연속적으로 뽑아낸 다음, (c) 제1반응 생성물과, 염화수소 또는 염산을 회분식으로 운전되고 있는 제2단계 반응기에 공급하여 페놀과 아세톤의 반응 완결에 의해 제2반응 생성물을 얻고, (d) 그 제2반응 생성물로부터 미반응 페놀, 생성된 물 및 염산을 제거하고, 비스페놀 A를 회수함으로서 이루어지는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (b)의 제1단계 반응기에서 제1반응 생성물을 비스페놀 A와 페놀의 부가물이 석출하기 전에 연속적으로 뽑아내는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응기에 공급하는 페놀과 아세톤의 몰비가 4 : 1-12 : 1인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2단계의 반응기가 복수의 회분식 반응기에 의해 이루어지는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1단계 반응기의 반응온도가 30-100℃이며, 제2단계 반응기의 반응온도가 30-85℃인 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
