제2도는 2-단 반응기 배치를 나타낸 챠트이다.
Claims (7)
- a.주반응 용기내에서 탄화칼슘과 과량의 물이 반응하여 아세틸렌가스와 수산화 칼슘을 형성하는 단계,b. 주반응 용기내에서 상기 반응이 60% 내지 90%로 달성이 진행되도록 하는 단계, c. 비반응된 물 및 탄화칼슘과 장입된 반응 생성물 아세틸렌 가스와 수산화칼슘을 제2반응용기로 운반시키는 단계, d. 제2반응 용기내에서 반응을 실질적으로 완결시키는 단계, e. 제2반응용기로 부터 아세틸렌 및 수산화 칼슘을 회수하는 단계로 이루어진 아세틸렌과 염화칼슘을 제조하기 위한 2-단 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응에 의해 생성된 수산화 칼슘은 중화기내에서 염화수소와 반응되어 회수되는 염화칼슘을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 과량의 물과 탄화칼슘을 반응시키는 제1단계는 장입된 흐름-형태 반응기에서 수행되고, 반응을 완결시키는 제2단계는 조밀한 상의층류 플러그-흐름 형태의 반응기에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염화칼슘은 건조기에서 건조되어 무수 염화 칼슘을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제4항에 있어서, 건조를 위해 필요한 열은 주 및 제2반응기 및 중화기에서 일어나는 반응으로 부터 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주반응용기 내의 체류시간은 약1내지 3분인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2반응 용기내의 체류시간이 약30분 내지 2시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
