염화 칼슘과 아세틸렌의 제조를 위한 2-단 공정

제1도는 탄화칼슘, 염화 수소와 물이 반응하여 아세틸렌과 염화칼슘을 형성하는 반응기 시스템을 나타낸 챠트이다.
제2도는 2-단 반응기 배치를 나타낸 챠트이다.

Claims (7)

  1. a.주반응 용기내에서 탄화칼슘과 과량의 물이 반응하여 아세틸렌가스와 수산화 칼슘을 형성하는 단계,b. 주반응 용기내에서 상기 반응이 60% 내지 90%로 달성이 진행되도록 하는 단계, c. 비반응된 물 및 탄화칼슘과 장입된 반응 생성물 아세틸렌 가스와 수산화칼슘을 제2반응용기로 운반시키는 단계, d. 제2반응 용기내에서 반응을 실질적으로 완결시키는 단계, e. 제2반응용기로 부터 아세틸렌 및 수산화 칼슘을 회수하는 단계로 이루어진 아세틸렌과 염화칼슘을 제조하기 위한 2-단 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응에 의해 생성된 수산화 칼슘은 중화기내에서 염화수소와 반응되어 회수되는 염화칼슘을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 과량의 물과 탄화칼슘을 반응시키는 제1단계는 장입된 흐름-형태 반응기에서 수행되고, 반응을 완결시키는 제2단계는 조밀한 상의층류 플러그-흐름 형태의 반응기에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 염화칼슘은 건조기에서 건조되어 무수 염화 칼슘을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 건조를 위해 필요한 열은 주 및 제2반응기 및 중화기에서 일어나는 반응으로 부터 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 주반응용기 내의 체류시간은 약1내지 3분인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제2반응 용기내의 체류시간이 약30분 내지 2시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
