Claims (10)
- (a) 에틸렌을 옥시클로로화 반응기 중에서 옥시클로로화 촉매의 존재하에 염화수소 및 산소와 반응 (여기서, 에틸 클로라이드, 또는 에틸 클로라이드와 비닐 클로라이드가 부산물로서 생성된다) 시켜 에틸렌 디클로라이드를 제조하는 옥시클로로화 방법에 있어서, (b) 하나 이상의 단계로, 옥시클로로화 반응기로부터의 유출물을 적어도 (i) 에틸렌 디클로라이드-풍부분획(I) 및 (ii) 에틸 클로라이드-풍부 분획(II) [이러한 경우, 분획(I)은 단계(a)에서 생성된 에틸 클로라이드 총 중량의 50% 미만을 함유하며, 분획(II)중 에틸렌 디클로라이드 및 비닐 클로라이드의 중량의 합은 분획(II)중의 에틸 클로라이드 중량의 30% 미만이다]로 분할한 다음, (c) 분획(II)를 불활성 희석제의 존재 또는 부재하에 크래킹방법(cracking process)으로 처리 [여기서, 분획(II)는 크래킹 전의 분획(II)중 에틸 클로라이드 및 불활성 희석제의 혼합 중량을 기준으로 5% 미만의 에틸렌 디클로라이드 및 비닐 클로라이드를 함유하고, 크래킹 방법은 크래킹 반응기중에서 크래킹 촉때의 존재하에 수행하며, 에틸 클로라이드는 에틸렌 및 염화수소로 전환된다]하는 추가의 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)를 250 내지 320℃에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)를 1 내지 8바아의 압력에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크래킹 반응기내에서의 에틸 클로라이드의 잔류시간이 5 내지 60초임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)에 사용되는 크래킹 촉매가 산화 알루미늄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉때가 표면적이 10 내지 350㎡/g인 감마-알루미나임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)를 질소의 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸 클로라이드-풍부 분획(II)을 단계(c)를 수행하기 전에 30 내지 180℃의 온도 및 1 내지 10바아의 압력에서 1회 또는 2회 증류시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)를 수행하기 전에 에틸클로라이드-풍부 분획(II)로부터 물을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)에서 수득된 에틸렌을 방법 단계(a)로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
