Abstract

"MéTODO PARA TRANSIçãO DE UM CATALISADOR PARA UM CATALISADOR INCOMPATìVEL EM UM REATOR DE FASE GASOSA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para transição de um primeiro sistema catalisador de polimerização para um segundo sistema catalisador de polimerização incompatível com o primeiro sistema catalisador de polimerização em um reator de fase gasosa. O novo processo compreende condução de uma primeira reação de polimerização empregando um primeiro sistema catalisador de polimerização; interrupção da uma primeira reação de polimerização; remoção dos conteúdos da primeira reação de polimerização do reator ao mesmo tempo que manutenção de um sistema fechado substancialmente; em seguida, no sistema fechado substancialmente, introdução de uma sementeira substancialmente livre de contaminante no reator; introdução de um segundo sistema de alimentação e um segundo sistema catalisador no reator; e condução de uma segunda reação de polimerização.
