Abstract

"PROCESSO DE RECURVAMENTO SIMULTáNEO DE VáRIAS FOLHAS DE VIDRO, DISPOSITIVO DE RECURVAMENTO PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO, E, APLICAçãO DO PROCESSO OU DISPOSITIVO". A invenção se refere a um processo de recurvamento de pelo menos uma folha de vidro (3) que compreende: uma etapa de deflexão por gravidade do vidro, e depois, uma colocação em contato da região central da dita pelo menos uma folha (3) com uma fórma macho (2) por aproximação da dita fórma macho de uma contra-fórma fêmea (4) que sustenta a dita folha, a dita fórma macho (2) sendo disposta acima da dita contra-fórma fêmea (4) com possibilidade de deslocamento vertical uma em relação à outra dentro de uma célula de recurvamento (12), e depois uma fase de prensagem do vidro em sua região periférica entre a fórma macho (2) e a contra-fórma fêmea (4), e depois uma fase de aspiração do vidro contra a fórma macho (2), a prensagem sendo mantida, e depois a paralisação da prensagem por afastamento da fórma macho da contra-fórma fêmea, e depois, uma etapa de resfriamento do vidro fora da célula de recurvamento. A invenção permite a realização de recurvamentos que apresentam grandes curvaturas em duas direções ortogonais e sem deixar marca sobre o vidro.
