Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA CONEXãO ELéTRICA ENTRE UM CONDUTOR DE ALUMìNIO DE UM ELEMENTO DE CONTATO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma ligação elétrica e mecânica segura e duradoura entre um condutor de alumínio (4) e um elemento de contato (2), estando previsto que uma reserva de um meio de contatação (8) será fundida e que pelo enrijecimento subseqüente para formação da ligação elétrica é produzida uma ligação material entre o condutor de alumínio (4) e um elemento de contato (2). Para garantir que as funções da contatação elétrica e formação de um alívio de tração não se influenciem reciprocamente de forma desvantajosa, verifica-se em conexão à configuração da contatação elétrica uma deformação do elemento de contato (2), visando configurar o alívio de tração mecânico.
