Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FORMAçãO DE UMA CAMADA DE óXIDO ANóDICO SOBRE A SUPERFìCIE DE ALUMìNIO OU UMA LIGA DE ALUMìNIO". é provido um método para tratamento de superfície, capaz de realizar usinagem de uma camada espessa de 300 a 500 <109>m, que possui rigidez superior, excelente resistência ao aquecimento e operação antibiótica sobre uma superfície de qualquer tipo de material de alumínio. O método é caracterizado por realizar um tratamento de oxidação anódica utilizando um líquido para banho envolvendo uma solução aquosa contendo 250 g/L a 350 g/L de ácido sulfúrico e 15 g/L a 25 g/L de sulfato de níquel sob as condições de (a) temperatura do líquido para banho: -10<198>C a 25<198>C; (b) tensão: CC 100 V a 200 V e (c) densidade de corrente: 0,5 A/dM¬ 2¬ a 20 A/dM¬ 2¬. Pode ser adicionada, ao líquido para banho descrito acima, uma composição de resina acrílica de polimerização inferior, na faixa de 280 g/L a 320 g/L.
