Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de protecţie electrochimică a metalelor contra coroziunii şi poate fi utilizată pentru protecţia conductelor şi cazanelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul prevede activarea anodică a suprafeţei metalului în mediu acid la potenţialul ce corespunde zonei active a metalului cu impuls direct al curentului, apoi densitatea impulsului curentului direct Da se micşorează până la valorile, ce corespund potenţialului zonei pasive, se include impulsul de curent invers, reglabil după durată şi se stabileşte raportul densităţilor impulsurilor de curent direct şi invers Da/Dk egal cu (3,5...6,0)·103 A/m2, cu tratarea ulterioară a peliculei de oxid formate în soluţie de alcool ce conţine agent de pasivizare la acţiunea curentului periodic cu impuls invers reglabil după durată la potenţialul zonei pasive.În calitate de agent de pasivizare se utilizează tanin şi/sau săruri ale metalelor electronegative rezistente la coroziune, în cantitate de 0,8...1,8 g/l şi, corespunzător, de 1,5...4,0 g/l.
