Abstract
"PINçA DE FREIO". Uma pinça de freio que inclui: um atuador; uma pastilha de freio móvel incluindo uma contraplaca de pastilha de freio que tem uma porção geralmente plana; um material de atrito preso à contraplaca de pastilha de freio e sendo geralmente de formato arqueado e definindo um raio externo de material de atrito, e tendo uma face de atrito para encaixe com um disco de freio; a pastilha de freio definindo um limite de desgaste do material de atrito em um plano de limite de desgaste que é paralelo à face de atrito, a contraplaca de pastilha de freio incluindo um primeiro confinamento de pinça para limitação da rotação da pastilha de freio em uma primeira direção, o primeiro confinamento de pinça sendo definido em uma primeira superfície de orelha de uma primeira orelha que se projeta a partir da porção geralmente plana, a primeira superfície de orelha estando em um raio maior do que o raio externo de material de atrito e sendo posicionada no lado de face de atrito do referido plano de limite de desgaste; uma pastilha de freio estacionária; um quadro que tem uma região de alojamento para o recebimento do atuador, uma porção de lado de reação para o recebimento da pastilha de freio estacionária de uma maneira axialmente estática, e um primeiro braço de ponte conectando a região de alojamento à porção de lado de reação, o atuador sendo operável para mover a pastilha de freio móvel em direção à pastilha de freio estacionária, na qual o primeiro confinamento de pinça se encaixa em um primeiro confinamento de ponte no primeiro braço de ponte para limitação da rotação da pastilha na primeira direção.
