Abstract

"INSERTO DE CORTE PARA FERRAMENTAS DE FRESAGEM E FERRAMENTA DE FRESAGEM". A invenção se refere a um inserto de corte (3), que é particularmente previsto para uma fresa de canto (ferramenta de fresagem 1), e que apresenta um corpo de base (27) um corpo de base em forma de quadrilátero (por exemplo, retangular ou romboidal), quando visualizado na vista plana de topo, cujas superfícies laterais (31 a 34) preferivelmente planas são orientadas paralelamente a um eixo geométrico de perfuração (39) de sua perfuração de fixação (41) e/ou perpendicularmente a um plano central (46) que passa através do centro de gravidade do corpo de base (27). A superfícies de base (29) e a superfície de topo (28) têm a mesma forma e são configuradas rotacionalmente simétricas uma em relação à outra. Neste caso, elas se inclinam para baixo rumo a uma calha que se estende inclinadamente na superfície de base (29) e na superfície de topo (28). As calhas se interceptam uma com relação à outra com um ângulo agudo <225>. As arestas de corte periféricas (35, 42, 36, 43) que são adjacentes aos pares às mesmas superfícies laterais (31 e 33, respectivamente), são preferivelmente retilíneas e dispostas paralelamente uma à outra. E obtido um inserto de corte reversível, o qual pode ser usado em quatro diferentes orientações instaladas e, assim, tem quatro diferentes arestas de corte ou pares de arestas de corte. O inserto de corte (3) apresenta uma forma de base no total negativa, resultando em todas posições instaladas um ângulo de corte axial positivo e um ângulo de corte radial positivo.
