Abstract
painel mostrador de plasma e método de fabricar o mesmo um painel mostrador de plasma tendo uma célula de descarga de sulco e um método de fabricar de fabricar o mesmo são revelados na presente invenção. o painel mostrador de plasma tendo uma pluralidade de células de descarga de sulco inclui um substrato transparente (21) tendo pelo menos um sulco isolado (22) em uma célula de descarga, um ou mais eletrodos de sustentação (23) em cada sulco (22) e estendendo-se para fora do sulco (22), um ou mais eletrodos de barramento (24) sobre o eletrodo de sustentação (23 ), e uma camada di elétrica (25) formada sobre toda uma superficie do substrato transparente (21 ), incluindo os eletrodos de sustentação (23), os eletrodos de barramento (24), e o sulco (22), onde a camada dielétrica (25) tem uma primeira porção sobre o fundo do sulco, uma segunda porção fora do sulco do substrato, e uma terceira porção sobre as paredes laterais do sulco, e onde o sulco (22) tem um primeiro comprimentoperpendicular a uma direção dos eletrodos de sustentação (23) e um segundo comprimento paralelo a uma direção dos eletrodos de sustentação (23) e o primeiro comprimento é maior do que o segundo comprimento.
